Fields of application of VietGAP standards of Vinacontrol<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">All enterprises, organizations or individuals operating in the field of cultivation, animal husbandry and fisheries can apply VietGAP standards.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>1. For the field of cultivation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The VietGAP standard, following TCVN 11892-1:2017, is applicable to the following products:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Leafy vegetables, root vegetables, and fruit vegetables.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Various types of fruits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">All kinds of tea leaves.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Different types of grains (rice, corn, soybeans, sweet potatoes, cassava, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Coffee, cocoa, pepper, cashews, and others.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>2. For the livestock sector<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">According to Decision No. 4653\/Q\u0110-BNN-CN, VietGAP standards in livestock can be applied to the following livestock:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Pigs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Beef cattle, dairy cattle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ducks, geese, chickens.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Bees and bee products such as royal jelly, honey, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>3. For the aquaculture sector<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Aquatic animals (cultivated).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Aquatic plants (cultivated).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #1c7d56; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>II. Criteria for evaluating Vinacontrol&#8217;s VietGAP certification:<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Enterprises and organizations aiming to achieve <strong>VietGAP certification<\/strong> must meet the following four criteria:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Criterion 1: Production Techniques<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Enterprises must comply with standards regarding cultivation practices, harvesting methods, as well as seed (for cultivation), and breed (for aquaculture and livestock) requirements. Water and soil sources must also meet the prescribed standards.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Criterion 2: Work Environment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The work environment must meet all necessary labor safety standards to prevent labor abuse and ensure the best possible health protection for workers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Criterion 3: Food Safety<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ensuring food safety is a crucial and central aspect of VietGAP certification evaluation. Throughout all cultivation stages, enterprises must ensure that food is not contaminated and refrain from using preservatives with antibiotic residues. Only plant protection products listed in the authorized directory should be used.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Criterion 4: Product Origin<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Products meeting VietGAP standards must have a clear origin to ensure product quality and facilitate legal verification of the product&#8217;s origin for regulatory authorities and customers.<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #1c7d56; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>III. VietGAP certification process at Vinacontrol HCMC<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Step 1<\/strong>: VietGAP Certification Registration<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Step 2<\/strong>: Examination and Enterprise Contract<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Step 3<\/strong>: Preparation and Standard Evaluation<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Step 4<\/strong>: Review<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Step 5<\/strong>: Issuance of VietGAP Certification<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Step 6<\/strong>: Regular Monitoring<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Step 7<\/strong>: Recertification<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #1c7d56; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>VI. VietGAP certificate validity<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">According to the provisions of <strong>Article 17 of Circular 48\/2012-TT-BNNPTNT<\/strong>, the certificate of conformity with VietGAP standards will be valid for a maximum of <strong>02 years<\/strong> from the date of issue.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">In case the production establishment is granted a certificate but does not re-register for it after it has expired, it will be extended for a maximum of <strong>03 months.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #1c7d56; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>V.
