Regulatory conformity certification service for animal feed<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Animal feed regulation conformity certification is the activity of assessing and certifying product quality before being circulated on the market or imported for production<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">From July 1, 2020, all organizations; individuals involved in production activities; importers of animal feed in Vietnam must carry out the certificate of conformity with animal feed regulations and be announced in accordance with Circular No. 04\/2020\/TT-BNNPTNT issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development together with 02 technical regulations<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #1c7d56;\"><strong>II. Scope of application<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Animal feed is in the list of group 2 \u2013 potentially unsafe products and goods under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Therefore, manufacturers and importers with activities related to animal feed trading in Vietnam are required to certify conformity and announce conformity before circulating products to the market.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Animal feed products that need regulation conformity certification include:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Complete compound feed and concentrated feed for pigs, chickens, quail, ducks, geese.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Compound concentrates for calves, beef cattle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Complete compound feed for pet animals (birds, dogs, cats and other pets)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Single feed raw materials for cattle and poultry.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Feed supplements, feed additives for cattle, poultry.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #1c7d56;\"><strong>III. National technical regulations stipulate<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has issued National Technical Regulations to control the quality of animal feed<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>QCVN 01-183:2016\/BNNPTNT<\/strong>: Maximum level of mycotoxins, heavy metals, and microorganisms in compound feed for livestock and poultry.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>QCVN 01-190:2020\/BNNPTNT<\/strong>: Maximum level of undesirable substances in animal feed and ingredients in aqua feed.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #1c7d56;\"><strong>IV.
